Elastic Cord & Webbing manufactures both standard and custom braided, woven, and knitted elastic products, together with webbing, tapes, and cords. Its elastic bands are offered in braided form with widths from ¼ inch to 1 inch, featuring a polyester cover combined with either latex rubber or a nylon and neoprene rubber core. Knitted elastic is supplied in widths ranging from ⅛ inch to 6 inches, and the company can produce custom widths up to 22 inches, using polyester and latex rubber or latex‑free rubber constructions. Elastic cord is available with covers of polyester, polypropylene, cotton, or nylon, in diameters from 1⁄16 inch to 1 inch, and can be delivered flat or round on spools that are either cut and tipped or cut and fused. Binding tapes are produced from 100 percent cotton to nylon fabric and may be custom dyed to meet specific color requirements. The webbing portfolio includes polypropylene, cotton, polyester, and nylon options, offered in a variety of sizes and breaking strengths. All products can be fabricated to meet government and military specifications, and the line includes Class IV fire‑retardant and flame‑resistant treatments as well as a complete selection of hook‑and‑loop fasteners in both sew‑on and pressure‑sensitive formats.
