National Roll Kote manufactures polyurethane and rubber roll coverings for a broad spectrum of sectors, including paper, paper converting, corrugated box, plastics converting, textile, non‑woven, and metal processing. The company also offers a full suite of roll services such as repair, grinding, grooving, balancing, and complete roll fabrication. Its production capabilities extend to rolls up to 40 in. in diameter, lengths of 240 in., and weights reaching 10,000 lb. Polyurethane covers are engineered to withstand temperatures of up to 200 °F in dry conditions and 180 °F when exposed to moisture, while rubber covers retain performance at temperatures as high as 450 °F. The polyurethane compounds cover a hardness spectrum from 30 Shore A to 75 Shore D, equivalent to 3–225 P&J. Available rubber formulations include neoprene, hypalon, EPDM, nitrile, vinyl nitrile, carboxylated nitrile, SBR, natural rubber, silicone, Viton® and a range of proprietary special blends.
