Gross Machine focuses on the production of high‑precision components, covering everything from prototypes and short‑run batches to full‑scale production runs and sub‑assemblies. It fabricates parts from a range of base materials, including titanium, 316 stainless steel, aluminum, additional metals and engineered plastics. A comprehensive suite of equipment supports these operations, such as CNC vertical machining centers, CNC and conventional lathes, various milling machines, surface grinders, hones, automatic saws, both vertical and horizontal saws, and a Nikon profile projector. Pallet‑changing vertical milling machines are also employed to boost productivity. All raw material inventories are stored in a temperature‑controlled environment to preserve heat‑lot integrity and ensure traceability throughout the manufacturing process. An on‑site custom tooling shop provides rapid tool development, and the firm additionally offers contract assembly services to customers.
