Heb Manufacturing Co. produces custom wireforms and fourslide components for a range of industrial applications. The company’s wire fourslides are available in diameters up to .375 in., while strip fourslides can be sized to 1/16 in. × 1½ in.; drawing and compound dies are also offered. Capabilities include wireforming, metal stamping, progressive stamping, heat treating, welding, blanking, piercing, spot and butt welding, and in‑house tool design. Stamping presses accommodate workpieces up to ¼ in. × 12 in. wide and operate with tonnage ratings from 10 to 250 tons. Material expertise covers high‑ and low‑carbon steels, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel and nickel alloys, and beryllium copper. Available surface treatments comprise zinc, zinc chromates, cadmium, nickel, brass, chrome, various oxides, and anodizing.
