Homer City Automation designs and builds custom parts‑handling and process‑automation equipment. Its product line includes both standard and bespoke Y‑type and rotary parts feeders, as well as drives, auxiliary devices, stationary hoppers and chutes. The company also supplies bowls, drives, controls, conveyors, detectors, elevators, enclosures, rolls and flow switches. Fabrication services cover laser cutting of stainless steel up to 120 in. long, 60 in. wide and ¼ in. deep; shearing of sheet metal to ¼ in. thickness and aluminum to 3⁄8 in. thickness; forming of material up to ¼ in. thick and 10 ft. long; and welding of mild‑steel and stainless‑steel up to 22‑ga. thickness. Additional capabilities include finishing, tooling, sheet‑metal fabrication for hoppers and conveyors, painting, coating, assembly, tuning and precision machining. Homer City Automation is HUBZone certified.
