Hydro‑Thermal Corp. designs and manufactures both standard and custom direct‑steam injection heating systems for a wide range of industrial applications. The product line includes industrial, sanitary and water hydroheaters, as well as high‑steam‑capacity units that feature optimized straight‑through and non‑obstructing heater designs, cooking systems, and skid‑mounted heating solutions. Equipment is fabricated from a selection of materials such as various grades of stainless steel, Hastelloy®, titanium and other specialty alloys. The systems serve processes in pulp, biofuel, ethanol, starch, sweetener, meat, sauce, cheese and pet‑food production, along with anaerobic digestion, tank heating or filling, wash‑down and sanitation operations. Hydro‑Thermal Corp. also provides turnkey system integration, routine maintenance, rebuilding and refurbishing services. Fluid‑heating, cooking and water‑heating skid systems are engineered, fabricated and installed on site. Target markets span the food and beverage, paper, chemical, poultry, metal, mining, pharmaceutical and municipal wastewater sectors. All products carry 3A and CE certifications, comply with FDA requirements and meet ASME code standards.
