Inter-Lakes Bases, Inc. designs and manufactures both standard and custom machine bases, dial plates, risers, angle plates, pedestals, robot and machine bases, as well as frames and columns intended to support a broad range of metalworking equipment. The bases incorporate welded and shot-blasted top plates, center legs and cross braces, and are offered in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, black‑oxide and PTFE. CNC-driven capabilities include laser profiling, plasma cutting, black oxidizing, anodizing, hard coating, electroless nickel, chroming, metal removal, cutting and finishing. Finished parts can be anodized, nickel plated or machined to match customer prints, and optional features such as lower shelves, casters, levelers and forklift‑compatible tubes are available. Applications cover gaging, machining, assembly, testing, robotics, electronics and inspection. In addition, Inter-Lakes provides burning, grinding and machining services.
