Inventive Mfg provides custom EDM machining services, offering a full spectrum of capabilities that includes wire EDM, conventional EDM, ram‑sinkers, jig grinding, high‑speed drilling, tap and tool removal, notching, fine‑wire operations, NPT threading, and additional specialized processes. The shop is equipped to machine exotic alloys and hardened materials, delivering close and tight tolerances on irregularly shaped components. Services extend from prototype development through full‑scale production runs, with the ability to fabricate dies, molds and jigs. Large‑capacity tables accommodate parts ranging from 40 in. to 72 in. in size, while an ultra‑precision high‑speed wire EDM line handles workpieces up to 18 in. thick.
