Jagemann Stamping Company produces custom deep‑drawn, progressive and fine‑blanked stampings for a range of applications. The firm works with an extensive material portfolio that includes stainless‑steel grades 304, 305, 316, 430 and 434; aluminum alloys 3003, 5052 and 6061; cold‑rolled steels 1008 and 1010; high‑carbon steel 1035; nickel; pre‑plated and galvannealed steels; brass alloys 80‑20, 80‑15 and 70‑30; copper; high‑strength low‑alloy steels; and plastics such as thermoplastic elastomers and resin. In addition to standard stampings, Jagemann offers brass casings and provides plastic injection molding and over‑molding capabilities. Heat‑treatment and a variety of surface‑treatment processes are also part of the service suite. Typical stamped components include regulator cups, steel tubes, housings, brake pistons, clamp rings, straight quick‑connects, diffusers, hat nuts, flanged housings, injector cups and additional brake pistons. The company serves customers in the automotive, consumer‑product, electrical, home‑hardware and solar markets.
