Janus International Group designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of self‑storage components, including rolling steel doors, wind‑load‑certified doors, interior hallway systems, garage storage solutions, stackable locker and wine‑storage units, mezzanine platforms, portable building structures, and structural metal building elements such as pier and header systems. The roll‑up doors are fabricated from galvanized steel and feature a polyester base with an exterior polypropylene wear strip; they can be mounted to wood, masonry, or steel jambs. Storage assemblies are constructed from flush or corrugated piers, headers, hallway sections, filler panels, and swing doors. Hallway configurations incorporate burglar bars, light soffits with partitioning, security mesh, and either corrugated or flush pier‑filler walls. Piers and headers are offered with chamfered corners, kick plates, and corner guards for added durability. Additional product lines include built‑in locker units, multi‑floor mezzanine systems, and stackable wine‑storage solutions. Janus International Group also provides engineering and design services for custom storage systems and unit‑mix layouts. All roll‑up doors are engineered to comply with ASTM E330 and ASCE 7 wind‑load requirements.
