KMC manufactures custom metal components, ranging from stamped parts and assemblies to clips, clamps (with plain or vinyl‑coated finishes), expansion plugs, brackets and prototype pieces. The operation holds ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009 and QS 9000 certifications and complies with ASTM, SAE and ISO standards. Production capabilities encompass laser fabrication, prototype development, fourslide vertical forming, punch pressing, laser forming and pressing, vinyl plastisol coating, as well as full‑service engineering and design support. KMC processes a variety of raw materials, including cold‑rolled steel, spring steel, chemically treated steel, galvanized steel and hot‑rolled pickled‑and‑oiled steel. The company serves sectors such as appliances, automotive, aviation, computers, electrical power transmission, HVAC, internal‑combustion engines, lawn and garden, medical equipment, motors and generators, outdoor power equipment, recreational gear and sporting‑goods applications. Clips and clamps are offered with or without bolt‑mounting holes to meet specific customer requirements.
