Lakeshore Die Cast, Inc. produces custom aluminum and zinc die castings and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. The shop can cast parts ranging from one ounce up to twenty pounds, offering aluminum alloys 380A, 380B, 360 and 413, as well as zinc #3 and #5 Zamac; additional specialty alloys are supplied on request. In‑house die making, engineering support and vacuum casting capabilities allow rapid development of medium and low volume production runs. Finished components may receive vibratory deburring, shot blasting, plating, anodizing, painting or powder coating, according to customer specifications. The operation is also MIL‑45662 approved.
