Mykin, Inc. manufactures both standard and custom molded rubber components. The product line includes spring‑activated seals, caps, hydraulic and pneumatic rotary shafts, pistons, rods, as well as single‑, double‑, static‑ and vacuum‑type O‑ring loaded and oil‑lip mechanical seals. A range of elastomeric materials can be processed, such as Buna‑N, butadiene styrene, butyl, chloroprene, ethylene propylene, fluorocarbon, fluorosilicone, hydrogenated nitrile, isoprene, polyacrylate and silicone rubber. O‑rings are offered in nitrile, EPDM, silicone and Viton® formulations. Production capabilities encompass injection molding and compression molding, supported by an internal engineering team that provides CAD design and finite‑element analysis. Applications span aerospace, automotive, biomedical, electrical, military, defense, oil, chemical and semiconductor sectors. All molded rubber parts are produced to comply with AN, MS, NAS, FDA, SAE, ASTM, AMS, NSF, KTW and UL® standards.
