NCT Friction Welding delivers friction welding solutions for both short‑run and long‑run production, accommodating a wide range of dissimilar metal pairings. The company engineers, fabricates, retrofits, and services friction welding machines, and also offers design and build services for CNC and specialty machine tools. Its process creates fully cross‑sectional, porosity‑free joints through a low‑temperature solid‑state technique that avoids melting, thereby preserving material properties and microstructure while limiting the heat‑affected zone. Resulting welds retain the full strength of the parent material and can be produced from forging‑ or casting‑like blanks without minimum order requirements. NCT Friction Welding can join components of differing diameters and operates ten machines with capacities ranging from 6 to 150 tons.
