R.C. Coil Spring designs and manufactures custom precision springs, wire forms, metal stampings and fourslide parts. The operation holds ISO 9001:2008 certification and produces a full range of spring types, including compression, extension, tapered, rectangular, torsion and double‑torsion models, as well as specialty wire forms and rings. The firm emphasizes production of fine‑diameter coils, non‑standard cross‑sections, intricate geometries and specialty‑material wire configurations. Available raw materials cover stainless grades 302/304, 316 and 17‑7, music wire, tin, zinc, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, brass, hard‑drawn MB, galvanized hard‑drawn, oil‑tempered 1074 steel, chrome‑silicon and copper, offered in round, barrel, rectangular and square wire profiles. Metal stampings are supplied in copper, brass, aluminum, nickel and stainless steel. All items are fabricated to tight tolerances and can receive a variety of surface treatments such as black oxide, zinc or tin plating, powder coating, shot peening, passivation, heat treating, electropolishing, tumbling, deburring and rust‑preventative finishes. The product line complies with RoHS and DFARS requirements.
