Rache Corp. provides AS9100D‑ and ISO 9001:2015‑certified custom laser fabrication, converting CAD data into precision‑cut, welded, marked, etched, deeply engraved, stitched or drilled components. The company also offers helium‑leak testing, custom graphics, rapid‑prototype production, serialization and a library of standard fonts for applications in RF/microwave, aerospace, automotive, defense and electronics sectors. Supported substrates span a broad spectrum, including brass, copper, beryllium copper, stainless steel, aluminum and anodized aluminum, titanium, platinum, molybdenum, Invar, cold‑rolled steel, nickel, nitinol, a range of exotic and high‑temperature alloys such as Kovar, Inconel and Monel, as well as polymers and composites like Delrin, PTFE, Nomex, non‑polycarbonate acrylics, red silicone, polyimides, Kapton (standard and black), phosphorus bronze, gold, tungsten, magnesium, Forbon, and additional specialty materials.
