Robert Soper Limited designs and manufactures flexible partition and enclosure systems for industrial and warehousing applications. The product portfolio spans stationary and retractable enclosures, cleanrooms, clean tunnels, floor‑to‑ceiling partitions, retractable curtains, suspended hoods, panels and baffles, outdoor solutions and noise‑control devices. A value‑added approach guides every phase—from initial pre‑design consultation that captures each customer’s unique requirements, through detailed design, fabrication, installation and ongoing service. SoftWall solutions are fully customized, with every application treated as distinct. An in‑house drafting team equipped with AutoCAD produces precise drawings of components and assemblies, and a network of third‑party engineers and consultants is engaged when specialized expertise is required. Manufacturing takes place in a 40,000‑square‑foot facility capable of producing parts of any shape or size. Production begins in the cutting area, proceeds to sewing or welding operations that include three FIAB welders—one featuring a 160‑foot traveling head—and employs a PTFE sealer for architectural fabrics. Only high‑quality, fully specified materials are used to ensure the rugged durability demanded by industrial and processing environments. Dedicated, full‑time installation crews handle placement with minimal disruption; they are professionally trained to meet workplace health and safety standards and carry full insurance coverage.
