Synehi Castings, Inc. produces gray and ductile iron castings, offers CNC machining, and applies powder‑coat finishes. The company accommodates obsolete pattern requests and short‑run production, delivering to clients across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Its product line includes abrasion‑resistant and wear‑resistant castings, nodular iron components, and parts formed by automatic molding, cope‑and‑drag processes, all of which can be machined or finished with powder coating. Castings are supplied in weight ranges from a few ounces up to 150 lb. Material specifications cover gray iron to ASTM A‑48, ductile iron to ASTM A‑536, and nickel‑resist irons to ASTM 436. Production capacity is supported by three HMP10 and one HMP20 Hunter molding machines, a 722 Osborne cope‑and‑drag unit, and a Roto Lift‑Squeezer system. Every item is manufactured to ASTM requirements and the operation holds ISO‑9001 certification.
