Tedco Precision Sheet Metal provides a full suite of precision sheet‑metal manufacturing capabilities, including TIG, MIG, spot and laser welding, as well as forming, deburring, bending, shearing, punching and machining. The shop processes a wide range of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, galvanized steel and both hot‑ and cold‑rolled steel. Sheet‑metal parts can be punched and sheared across a thickness spectrum from 0.010 in. to 0.250 in., while bending operations handle material up to 0.250 ft. thick and lengths of up to 8 ft. The facility fabricates components including brackets, panels, chassis, frames and semiconductor parts, and it supports prototype development together with low‑volume and high‑volume production runs. Its customer base spans the food‑service, semiconductor, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical, computer‑technology and aeronautics sectors.
