UPTIVE Manufacturing delivers precision CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication for a broad range of parts and components. UPTIVE works with aluminum, copper, titanium, stainless steel, various alloys, polymers and plastics. Machining capabilities include 3‑axis, 4‑axis and 5‑axis milling, turning and rapid‑prototype production. Welding services cover MIG, TIG and robotic processes, while sheet‑metal operations encompass shearing, sawing, bending, punching, progressive‑die stamping and laser, plasma or waterjet cutting. Additive‑manufacturing options feature direct metal laser sintering, selective laser sintering, fused deposition modeling and HP multi‑jet fusion. Injection molding, tooling and urethane casting are also offered, supporting runs from prototype through low‑ to high‑volume production. Secondary finishing services include powder coating, buff polishing, sand blasting, brushing, plating and anodizing.
