Wieland Morgan Bronze Products supplies ISO 9001‑certified stocked bars and tubing while also machining precision bearing components such as bronze bushings, bronze bearings, wear plates made of bronze or iron, wear rings, shaft sleeves and glands. The product line features round and rectangular bar shapes and includes bronze, aluminum‑bronze, ductile‑iron and gray‑iron varieties. Bronze bars are used for bearings, bushings, light‑duty gears and sprockets, wear strips and plates, pumps and cylinders, as well as machine‑tool and earth‑moving equipment. Aluminum‑bronze bars serve forming, bending and drawing operations, wear strips in stamping presses, forming rolls, draw dies, die inserts and rings. Ductile‑iron and gray‑iron bars are specified for milling and drilling applications. Bearings are offered in a range of materials—bronze, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum and beryllium copper—with aluminum bearings targeting the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder markets. Additional capabilities include saw‑cutting, heat treating, precision machining and inventory management services.
