Yuan Sheng Aluminum Manufacturing Corporation provides precision‑tolerance extruded aluminum components, custom shapes and seamless tubes. The operation runs eleven extrusion presses whose combined capacity reaches 4,000 metric tons, and it can produce profiles up to size 12. Dedicated drawing benches deliver high‑accuracy dimensional control, while an on‑site heat‑treatment facility ensures consistent material properties. The alloy portfolio covers major hard series—2XXX, 5XXX, 7XXX and metal‑matrix composites—as well as soft series 1XXX, 3XXX and 6XXX. All products are manufactured to meet ASTM, ANSI, federal and military specifications. In addition, the plant offers billet casting with specially formulated chemistries, engineering consultation, and design assistance. Full CNC fabrication capability, precision cutting, anodizing and other surface‑finishing processes complete the value chain. The facility holds ISO 9002 certification.
