The 2025 company-wide signal
FCC Environment's net-zero page reports 1.65 million tonnes of waste recycled in 2025 and 236 MW generated by facilities each year. The page does not break the recycling total into grades, sites or available products. Energy generation is a separate measure and should not be added to the recycled-tonnage figure.
Millerhill links residual waste to a metal pathway
FCC says Millerhill has treated one million tonnes of non-recyclable waste since opening in 2019. The site describes up to 155,000 tonnes per year of residual non-hazardous feed, energy output, and nearly 20,000 tonnes of metals recovered from incinerator bottom ash since opening. The metals claim is cumulative and site-specific. It does not state current annual metal output, specification or remaining saleable volume.
Scope of this page
This page concerns FCC Environment UK, whose legal operator is FCC Recycling (UK) Limited. It does not cover FCC Environmental Services (USA).
Material Transition editorial interpretation
Start with the target product: recovered bottom-ash metals, a separately sorted recyclable, compost, or an energy service. For metals, request the Millerhill or other named site's current recovered grade, processing and metal split, tests, annual output, destination and uncommitted volume. Confirm the counterparty legal entity and contract owner; do not substitute energy generation figures for material yield.
